Mosaics
I have always loved looking at and admiring beautiful mosaics and how the artist can take pieces of glass or stone that don’t look like much of anything alone. Sometimes even resembling garbage, something to throw away, such as broken glass, china or metal. Then the artist is able to put together something amazing with the various broken pieces to create a masterpiece to be admired.
This is how I see God using all of our lives, taking the broken, fragmented pieces of our lives and creating a beautiful masterpiece that we should embrace and not shy away from. Those mistakes we’ve made, the rejections we’ve felt, the hurts we’ve experienced and then interwoven with the wins we’ve had, the beautiful moments of connections, and our successes…. These are all fragments of our life to create a beautiful mosaic.
Mosaics are meant to be shared and witnessed by many. Your life is a beautiful collection of all these pieces and if examined closely we can usually find others who can benefit from our experiences. Don’t be afraid of the broken pieces. The broken pieces are becoming a masterpiece in the Father’s hands. God can take impossibly hard scenarios and turn them to be used for his glory. Allow your life to be shaped by the most masterful artist of all, our Heavenly Father.

There is beauty in all your mistakes, detours and Pivots. Embrace them as God puts it all together in His hands. Have a beautiful day know He will use your hard story. I believe in you!
